This is not a [Fake] metal detector or treasure Map.
It is for gold prospectors with their own detectors.

You can mark where you find gold, to give you some insight into how it moves. Alluvial gold usually moves in a straight line.

So once you find some, you can see where to find some more.

While the app is running, a service logs your location
in the background. This is stored on your phone.
It is not shared or uploaded at any time.

It is recommended to create offline maps in case you don't have coverage whilst prospecting.
